This was a challenging odd ball project! This community center had a new HVAC installed that resulted in some unsightly edges jutting through the wall. In consultation with the owner, we settled on hand-crafted boxes to cover the exposed hardware without deviating from the existing appearance too much. As a bonus, we added an access door to the HVAC. Practically invisible!
